How it works

    Build your stock list

    Type it, paste it from a spreadsheet, or import a file. You can also photograph a supplier invoice and have the words read off it. Save the list as a template and the next count starts already written.

    Send one link

    Your helpers do not need an account and there is nothing to install — the link opens in their browser. Give each person a section so two people never count the same shelf.

    Walk the room

    Walk mode moves through the list one item at a time, so nobody is holding a clipboard and scrolling. Voice mode lets you say the number instead of typing it.

    Check it, then export it

    The Review sheet shows the whole count in one table — every section, every counter. Download it as Excel or PDF when you are happy with it.

Questions

Do my staff need an account?
No. You send them a link and they count on their own phone. Only the person running the count needs an account.
Do they need to install an app?
No. It opens in whatever browser is already on the phone. That is deliberate — asking six casual staff to install something before a count is how a count does not happen.
Can I use the stock list I already have?
Yes. Paste it in or import a spreadsheet, then save it as a template so you are not typing it again next month.
How does reading a stock list off a photo work?
You photograph a supplier invoice or a printed list and the text is read off it into your sheet. That one uses AI, so it costs credits — 5 for a scan. Everything else in Stocktake is unmetered.
What does it cost?
