Checklists your staff can tick off from their own phones

A laminated checklist on the wall tells you what should have been done, never what was. This is the same list as a link: whoever is on shift opens it on the phone in their pocket, ticks as they go, and you can see where the run is up to without being there.

Free on every plan, including the free account. Prices in AUD.

How it works

  1. 1

Write the list, or start from one

Type your own, or start from the built-in checklist library and edit it — opening and closing runs, cleaning schedules and daily jobs are already written out.

  2. 2

    Send the link

Your staff do not need an account and there is nothing to install. The link opens in the browser they already have on their phone.

  3. 3

    Watch it fill in

Items tick off live as people work through them, and anything added during the run is recorded against the person who added it.

  4. 4

    Keep the history

Finished runs are kept, so you can look back at what was done on a given day instead of taking somebody's word for it.

What you get

  • One link — helpers tick items off without an account
  • A library of ready-written checklists to start from
  • Items tick off live while the run is happening
  • Additions during a run are recorded against who added them
  • Finished runs are kept as a record
  • Download a run as a PDF table

Who it’s for

  • Cafes, pubs and restaurants with opening and closing runs
  • Anyone managing a shift they are not physically standing on
  • Businesses that need to show a job was done, not just that it was listed

Questions

Is it free?
Yes — to-do lists are free on every plan, including the free account. Your staff need no account at all, because they open a link rather than sign in.
Do my staff have to install anything?
No. The link opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. There is no app to download and no account for them to create.
Can I see who did what?
Yes. Anything added during a run is recorded against the person who added it, and finished runs are kept so you can look back at a particular day.

How to do it without the app

To-do lists is one way. These explain the job itself — free to read, nothing to sign up for.
