Smart RosterPro

A staff roster your team helps you build

The slow part of a roster is not the grid — it is finding out who can work. So this starts there: your staff fill in their availability from a link on their phone, and the week gets built from what they actually said.

Included with Pro — A$29.99/month, or a A$5 Day Pass for 24 hours. Prices in AUD.

How it works

  1. 1

Add your staff and your sections

Kitchen, floor, bar — whatever you actually call them. Sections are what stop a roster turning into one long list of names.

  2. 2

    Send the availability link

Staff say when they can work, from their own phone, without an account. Their replies come back attached to the week you are building.

  3. 3

    Build the week

Copy last week and adjust it, auto-build from the replies, or place shifts yourself. Save the shifts you use constantly as presets so a whole shift is one tap.

  4. 4

    Publish it

Publishing is a separate, deliberate step — a half-built roster is never visible to staff by accident.

What you get

  • Staff availability collected by link — no accounts for them
  • Copy last week, or auto-build from the replies you got
  • Presets for the shifts you roster over and over
  • Sections and locations, so big teams stay readable
  • Changes sync live between managers on the same roster
  • Publish as its own step, so nothing goes out half-written

Who it’s for

  • Cafés, pubs and restaurants rostering casual staff week to week
  • Retail and hospitality groups with more than one location
  • Cleaning, security and care teams with shifting availability

Questions

Do my staff need to sign up?
No. They get a link, fill in when they can work, and that is the whole ask of them.
Can I just copy last week?
Yes — that is one button. Auto-build is there when the week is genuinely different and you want it drafted from your staff's replies.
Can two managers work on the same roster?
Yes. Changes sync live, so you are not emailing versions of a spreadsheet at each other.
What does it cost?
It is part of Pro — A$29.99/month, or A$299.90/year. There is also a A$5 Day Pass that opens every Pro tool for 24 hours, if you only need it for one shift. All prices are in Australian dollars.
