The small jobs that come up mid-shift

Not the sums you sit down to work out — the ones that come up while you are standing at the till with a queue. Count the float, log what went in the bin, check a supplier's ABN before you pay it. Each one opens on its own and gives you the answer.

Free on every plan, including the free account.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick the one you need

Eleven tools on one page, each a single job. Nothing to set up first and no order to do them in.

  2. 2

    Put your numbers in

It runs in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is stored on our side, which is also why there is no account to make.

  3. 3

Read it, or take it with you

Answers update as you type. The QR code downloads as a PNG; the rest are numbers you read off the screen.

What you get

  • Cash Float Counter — tap the denominations, see the running total
  • Wastage Log — what got thrown out, with daily and weekly cost totals
  • Shift & Hours Calculator — hours and pay, including penalty rates

  • Owners checking a new supplier's ABN before paying an invoice

Questions

Do I need an account?
No. Every tool here runs in your browser, so there is nothing to sign in to and nothing for us to store. Open the page and use it.
What does it cost?
Nothing — they are free on every plan, including with no account at all. None of these use credits and none of them sit behind Pro.
Is my data saved anywhere?
No. Nothing you type here reaches us, and nothing is kept once you close the tab. That is the trade: no history, and nothing to leak.
How is this different from the business calculators?
The calculators answer a money question you sit down to — margin, break-even, GST, what a staff member truly costs. These are the ten-second jobs that come up during a shift. Both are free and neither needs an account.
Does the ABN validator check the number is real?
It checks the number is valid — ABNs carry a checksum, so a mistyped or invented one fails it. It does not look the business up, so a valid number is a well-formed number rather than proof of who is behind it.
