About Regentflow

Regentflow (one word, pronounced regent flow) is a software company. We build the unglamorous tools that keep a venue, a shop or a small crew running — and we print the merch they wear while doing it.

What we make

Everything here started as something a hospitality team asked for on a Tuesday afternoon.

• Live stocktake — several people counting the same sheet at once, on their own phones, with the totals adding up as they go, and a stock list read straight off a photo of a supplier invoice or a handwritten sheet.
• Smart Roster — a week's shifts built by tapping them out, staff availability collected by link, or an assistant you talk to.
• Voice Sheet — say the numbers, get a spreadsheet. For counting with both hands full.
• Invoices, PDF tools, signs and checklists — the paperwork around the work.
• Custom merch — printed to order and shipped from a regional print partner: Australian, US, UK or Canadian for most items, and Italy or Korea for a few.

Where we are

Regentflow is operated from Australia and prices in Australian dollars. The tools are used well beyond it — the shop ships worldwide through regional print partners, and the software has no borders in it at all.
