How it works

    Open PDF Studio and choose Rotate Pages

    The Studio holds more than twenty-five tools. Rotate Pages is the one that changes the document rather than the view.

    Pick 90°, 180° or 270°

    90° clockwise fixes the usual sideways scan. 180° is for a page fed in upside down. The turn applies to every page in the file, which is what a whole scan fed in the wrong way round needs.

    Save the rotated file

    The new PDF is built in the tab you are looking at and downloads straight to your device. Nothing was uploaded, so there is nothing left behind to delete.

Questions

Why does my PDF reader forget the rotation?
Because most readers rotate the VIEW and never touch the file. The page is stored one way and shown another, so the next person to open it sees the original. This tool writes the turn into the document, which is why it survives being sent.
Can I rotate only one page?
Not with this tool — it turns every page at once, which is what a whole scan fed in the wrong way round needs. For a single page out of many, use the Page Organizer, which handles pages one at a time.
Is it free, and does it watermark?
Free, no watermark, no account. It runs in your browser. The separate PDF editor is the only part that charges, and it says so before you pay.
