MarketMan is built for restaurant groups — supplier invoice capture, recipe costing, multi-location purchasing, and a finance person to use it. Priced accordingly. If you run one venue and mainly need the count itself to stop being a nightmare, that is a different and much cheaper problem.

If you run several venues, buy from dozens of suppliers and need purchasing and COGS in one system, MarketMan is the right category of product and this page will not be useful to you.
If you run one venue, count stock monthly, and the actual pain is four people with clipboards and an evening of typing afterwards, you are looking at a platform to solve a counting problem.
Read off MarketMan's pricing page on 18 October 2026. The page shows the plans below, with no free tier and no self-serve signup — the only call to action is to book a demo. It does not label the currency, so treat the figures as indicative and get a written quote.
| MarketMan plan | Price as displayed | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $249 / month | Independent operators |
| Growth | $299 / month | Operators looking to scale |
| Enterprise | From $449 | Established chains and franchises |
Before comparing software, price the thing you are replacing. A monthly stocktake with three people counting for two hours, plus an hour of typing it up afterwards, is seven paid hours. At a casual hospitality rate that is most of a MarketMan Starter month, every month, and you still have the typing errors.
The honest comparison is not our price against theirs. It is each price against the evening you are currently spending.
| Shape of the bill | Self-serve? | Free tier | |

| Regentflow Pro | A$29.99 / month flat | Yes | Yes, no expiry |
| Regentflow Day Pass | A$5 for 24 hours | Yes | — |
MarketMan is a purchasing and inventory platform. We are a counting tool with costing attached. The gap is wide and worth being specific about.
What is left is the part that happens on the floor at 11pm, which is the part most single-venue operators actually want to fix.
Count how many suppliers you reconcile invoices against each month. Under about five, and a purchasing platform is solving a problem you do not have yet — the spreadsheet and a good count will hold. Over about fifteen, and the invoice capture alone will pay for itself.
If you are in between, do the next count with a day pass and see which half of the evening disappears.
Photograph the handwritten sheet and get a spreadsheet back, or split the count across the team so everyone counts on their own phone into the same sheet.
